1. Article Processing Charge (APC)
The standard APC for publishing an accepted manuscript in JNPC is:
USD 50 (Fifty US Dollars per article)
This fee is applicable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review.

3. No Submission Charges
JNPC does not charge any submission fees. Authors can submit manuscripts free of cost. Charges are only applicable after acceptance.
4. Payment Timeline
- APC is payable only after manuscript acceptance
- Authors will receive an official acceptance notification with payment instructions
- Publication proceeds after confirmation of payment
5. Waivers and Discounts
The journal may offer:
- Partial or full APC waivers for authors from low-income regions
- Discounts for invited papers or special issues
- Institutional collaborations with reduced fees
Waiver requests must be submitted before or during the review process.
6. Refund Policy
- APC payments are generally non-refundable once publication processing has started
- Refunds are not issued for rejected manuscripts
